Endurance for Change: Run Across Michigan is a student-led project where Co-Founder Brendan LaFrenier is running 200 miles across the state of Michigan to raise awareness and money for those experiencing homelessness. Their goal is to raise $100,000.
They are working with the U-M Film, Television, and Media Department, specifically Professor David Marek, associate chair of the department. Other film faculty helping with this project include:
Professor Padrick Ritch
Professor Carleen Hsu
Professor John Valadez
Media Technician and Instructor Paul Sutherland
HPSSC is supporting Brendan in the Athlete Innovation Lab (HAIL) so that he may gain insight into his training and for potential adjustements as he prepares for the 200 mile run across the state.  Initially, Brendan completed the VO2 max and lactate threshhold testing along with full biomechanical analysis.
