Bone stress injuries are a common setback facing many endurance athletes, including long-distance runners. ESSI Associate Director, Ken Kozloff, and his colleagues at the University of Michigan are studying these painful injuries so they can better identify prevention measures to be adopted by people across all ages and abilities.
